Paul LeDoux, Founder, Executive Director, Head Coach
Paul LeDoux, Coach Paul, has been coaching children for 16 years. It didn’t take long for him to discover this to be his life work. He established Better Today Better Tomorrow in 2021 to have even more impact on the community through empowering youth through sport.

Alex Aryaan, Fractional Growth Officer, Grants Specialist
Alex Aryaan, discovered her passion for youth development during her years tutoring and mentoring high school and college students, many of whom were considered at-risk, intellectually challenged, and/or underserved.
With experiences spanning multiple organizations, including Arizona State University Online and the National College Resources Foundation in Pomona, CA, she brings unique insights and strategic thinking to Better Today Better Tomorrow's mission. Since 2023, she has been working with Coach Paul to grow BTBT's impact through grant research, grant writing, post-award management, strategic planning, and more.
When she's not reading, writing, or researching to support nonprofits, she nurtures her curiosity through continuous learning, whether that's through online courses, nonfiction reading, or exploring new destinations. She recharges through meditation, cooking, and watching Netflix.

Jacob Saldana, Health & Wellness Program Development, Coach
Jacob is a small business owner with a variety of wellness and fitness ventures that aim to empower and inspire healthier lifestyles. With 15 years of expereince he is excited to support at-risk youth in building confidence and life skills to empower them for whatever challenges that lie ahead.

Deiree, Program Development, Trauma Training Compliance
Desiree is a native of the San Gabriel valley. She initially pursued a career in law enforcement but quickly transitioned to youth development after coaching her first youth flag football team in 2006. She has since been involved in youth development in the expanded learning field for 18 years in various capacities such as coaching, program management and compliance & quality assurance.

With 15 years of playing experience, Aspen is dedicated to using soccer as a tool to help children, especially those in foster care, build confidence and resilience. They focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where kids can grow in teamwork, discipline, and self-worth. Their approach empowers children to overcome challenges and discover their potential, helping them develop confidence and strength both on and off the field.
